In the El Portet district you will find the authentic style Ca la Bahía. The soft tones, natural materials and plants provide an atmospheric, soothing atmosphere. The stylishly renovated house is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. With a roof terrace, garden at the front and rear of the house, there is sun from early in the morning until evening.
The large communal pool is shared with only 14 houses which are very little occupied. Due to the location of the house, you have a lot of privacy and at the same time you are directly at the pool from the garden. From the sunbeds in the backyard you have a perfect view of the pool.
The eye-catcher of Ca la Bahía is definitely the view of the sea and the bay of El Portet. From the roof terrace you have a view of the sea, the swimming pool and the green surroundings. The house can comfortably accommodate five people, spread over two floors.
About the house
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with an adjacent dining table. You have a view of the sea from the dining table. The attractive living room leads to the sunny terrace. The terrace overlooks the sea and has sun from early morning. Great to start the day here with breakfast!
The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, which keeps them extra cool in the hot summer months. In addition to the three bedrooms – with five beds – there are two modern bathrooms on the lower floor and the laundry room.
Around the house
Relax on one of the sunbeds in the garden and enjoy the Spanish sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool and round off the day with a drink on the terrace. The location of Ca la Bahía is also ideal: within a 3-minute drive you are at the turquoise blue sea and the beautiful bay of El Portet or in the charming Moraira. The bustling Xábia (Jávea), Benissa and Denia are also nearby.
