Ca la Vall

A 20 minute drive from the Mediterranean coast is the charming village of Llíber in the Vall de Pop (Jalon Valley). A charming village with old streets, authentic village houses and blooming bougainvillea. Truly one of the most beautiful villages in the valley.

In one of those narrow streets is Ca la Vall, a tastefully renovated village house. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the vineyards, the surrounding villages and the Sierra de Bernia and Coll de Rates mountains. Located on the south there is sun from morning to sunset.

Ca la Ola

Moraira is one of the Costa Blanca’s most charming seaside resorts. Swaying palm trees, a vast promenade and an atmospheric centre make this one of the finest places for holidays. The authentic Spanish vibe in Moraira completes the picture.

Ca la Bahía

One of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca coast is the picturesque bay of El Portet. Azure waters, a sheltered bay and a beautiful beach make this one of the most visited and photographed places. 

In the El Portet district you will find the authentic style Ca la Bahía. The soft tones, natural materials and plants provide an atmospheric, soothing atmosphere. With a roof terrace, garden at the front and rear of the house, there is sun from early in the morning until evening.

Ca la Mar

Located along the Mediterranean coast, Jávea is the most sought-after holiday destination in the Costa Blanca. Nestled between the charming old town and the vibrant harbour & beach, Ca la Mar is your perfect getaway. On walking distance is the beach and fishing harbour with its authentic restaurants, the beach and snuggly shops. The historic centre as well is just a short walk from Ca la Mar.

// Please keep in mind that a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours after making the reservation. If the payment is not made in time, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the booking system.

The price covers the stay, final cleaning and linen during your stay. Please keep in mind that a mandatory, weekly linen change takes place for stays from on 10 days. You have to add these linen change to your booking manually.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at our stays. No matter type, size or manners ;-). We don’t accept any pets.

All kitchens are equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave (except Ca la Ola), Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchens are fully equipped for the amount of people in the house, have ample tools for cooking and all basics are present. The necessary basics available are oil, vinegar, pepper & salt, sugar, start kit coffee, products for the dishwasher and cleaning products. 

Bathrooms are equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hairdryer and toiletpaper. Towels and beach towels are present in or the bathroom or the bedroom cabinet.

We hope you consider our stays as your home and treat them so. We’ve set a few house rules to make your stay enjoyable for both of us:

  • No pets are allowed
  • No groups under the age of 25 are allowed
  • Our stays are non-smoking
  • No events or parties are allowed. Photo- or videoshoots are not allowed without permission

You can add a high chair and travel cot to your booking. If you need more kids stuff, contact us and we’ll provide you the details of kids stuff rental businesses.

All houses have a washingmachine (Ca la Mar a dryer too), detergent, drying frame and ironing kit. Cleaning equipment like a vacuumcleaner, mop, broom and cleaning products are available.
