If you like to stay with us, please keep in mind that all our stays are non-smoking, petfree and no groups under the age of 25 are allowed. The minimum stay in Ca la Bahía is 3 nights (5 nights in high season). In Ca la Vall and Ca la Ola the minimum stay is 2 nights (3 nights in high season). We have special wintering prices for stays from on 21 nights in wintertime.

How do I book a holiday home?
Choose the property, select your dates and number of guests, and confirm the booking. Please keep in mind that a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours after making the reservation. If the payment is not made in time, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the booking system.

What’s included in the price?
All our homes come fully equipped so you feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have all necessary basics. Beds are made and towels for the bathroom, kitchen and beach are there.

Both options are popular. Villas in Costa Blanca are ideal for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a pool, while holiday apartments are perfect for couples or shorter stays close to the beach and town centres.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at our stays.
How is the kitchen equipped?
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven/ microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine and freezer is located in the storage room.
All necessary basics are available like oil, vinegar, pepper & salt, sugar, start kit coffee, products for the dishwasher and cleaning products.
How are the bathrooms equipped?
Bathrooms are equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and toiletpaper. A hairdryer is located in the master bathroom. Towels can be found in the bathroom, beach towels in a cabinet.
Are there house rules?
We hope you consider our stays as your home and treat them so. We’ve set a few house rules to make your stay enjoyable for both of us:

Are there kids amenities?
